The 2014 Annual Meeting of Concord was held on January 4, 2014. It’s held in the conference room of the newly completed workshop B. Many retired employees and invited guests attended the meeting.
The host gave the introduction of all the staffs. And then, the general manager Mr. Song gave a speech on 2013 work report. In 2013, the major achievements we had made are as follows. 1. Concord was awarded as high-tech enterprise; 2. The product HPLC acetonitrile was identified as Tianjin "expertise" new products; 3. The chromatography reagents industrialization research projects rewarded AQSIQ Technology Award; 4. The sales volume of 2013 had an increase of more than 40%. In 2014, the vision and mission of Concord is to strengthen technological innovation, get close to international standards, pursue sustainable development and achieve industrialization of high purity reagents. Concord will shoulder national mission in order to let Chinese scientists use high-quality, low-cost chemical reagents. We will devote ourselves to the development of Concord.
After the speech, it was theatrical performance. The staff prepared programs, which presented audience a cheerful feast. There were games, lucky draws, and so on. In the end, the general manager Mr. Song awarded those retired staffs with prizes and certificates.
This annual meeting boosted the morale of all staffs, strengthened the communication of the colleagues, and identified the common goals that we are striving for. This meeting is memorable. And we will be more confident to face the challenges and difficulties, aiming for a much more prosperous future.
